I am an innovative creative who takes on challenges and looks to set a standard of excellence. I have done this with my work interning as a marketing analyst and brand manager at First Presbyterian Church Plano where I designed their logo and developed flyers, PowerPoint slides and social media strategies. I have designed and improved websites for clients using a variety of tools such as Canva, Square Space, Shopify, Qualtrics, and Photoshop.In school, I have taken on several projects throughout my years at the University of Texas at Dallas including website, social media and advertising proposals for clients, sales competitions, and brand audits for large companies. I have also taken my opportunity to take on the leadership roles as a project manager defining responsibilities and managing communications between the team and the client. In one project, Don Juan Chiles requested my team to survey their customers perspectives on their website and create recommendations to improve their online sales. Working alongside their management team I was able to design a survey that met their expectations and deliver quality data that they could use to make improvements to their growing brand.I have also been given the opportunity to hone my customer service skills, working in the food service industry for 6 years, as I learned to create relationships with new and longtime customers. Having experience as a shift supervisor, I was given the opportunity to gain a different perspective on the workplace. Gaining experience in leading the team as well as problem solving. In this position, I was tasked with being a key component in customer relationship management as both baristas and customers needed guidance. Cash management, inventory management and team management were all task that I did daily. Shift supervisors also led the charge when it came to easing any complaints or technical issues that came about during the shift. If something was not working properly, I would be tasked with resolving it manually or by managing Starbucks’ network of experts to improve any situation.
