In 2021, the new Danish Digital Mail system (ngDP) was introduced, replacing e-Boks for digital mail to and from the public sector. In a very short time we developed a full integration for distributing mails and receiving digital mail, integrated into DocuNote. As an R&D Director, I manage our offshoring locations for developing our product DocuNote, taking design and structural decisions, though not taking part in the actual development anymore. DocuNote is the company's main product today, having 400+ customers. DocuNote is a case and document management system, based on Microsoft technologies like SQL Server, .NET, Windows Forms, Web technologies like React, and including iOS and Android apps.In 2005 I also established an offshoring team, now spanning two countries and many developers and QA employees. KF Data was acquired by SystemForum. In SystemForum, I managed a team of Concorde XAL, C5 and Axapta developers. In that position, I also developed Axapta:Office (X++), which was an extension for document management, based on the previous success of XAL:Office and C5:Office in KF Data.

I was account manager for selling the ERP systems Concorde C5 and XAL. Secondly, doing customer development in Concorde XAL and C5 as well as implementation/setup and conversions from other ERP systems. I innovated and developed XAL:Office and C5:Office that was extentions for the ERP systems, making it possible to make document management with contact merting into letters, directly from the ERP system. This extention was delivered through Damgaard Data partners in 12 countries
