I was headhunted for a new position at Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia, my former customer. Objective was to implement Safety Management in the technical department, both Part 145 and Part M. In addition, set up Warranty management, create Technical reports in case of EU261 cases, (3-hour delay compensation claim from guests) and collect information in the event of technical insurance cases.- Safety Management System, SMS, implemented and aligned with the Thomas Cook Group too. Put Technical safety on the Thomas Cook Group Safety agenda.- In cooperation with German and English colleagues, Thomas Cook Group Warranty procedure was created and a Warranty Share Point site set up to share info, cases and experience. - In Cooperation with Customer Service and Legal Department established a standard for Technical reports to improve information to our guests in the event of delay and deliver facts for legal cases.- Asked to participate in Group Maintenance Organisation project (May 2017 – Apr. 2019) to improve processes and standards across the Thomas Cook Group Technical world. Providing experience, holistic approach and Lean think. Delivering Traffic Related Maintenance concept paper, Customs clearance data, Group Warehouse set up etc.

I was asked to teach Law and Legislation to aircraft mechanic apprentices. The college needed a teacher for a turbo class, as the regular teacher was booked. I had to create and customize the teaching material and teach theory as well as how to write an essay.I also assisted on Truck certificate course as it was to be taught in English.- The success criteria was 50% passing the test. Result: 100% passed both essay and multiple choice test.- I used SMART board to activate the students and teach legislation in a “tactile way”, and the common product was send to all students as notes from every days teaching. - The students found Law and Legislation relevant and interesting.

I was headhunted by one of my biggest customers, Air Greenland, to use my experience within the industry, managing various projects, without conflict of interest with my former employer.Primarily to look into Part M set up possibilities, but also helping out in various fields if needed, such as technical modifications of the aircraft and daily business.The project was a success and a new Part M provider was found. I then implemented the new provider. This included change of IT system, Ensuring the set up between maintenance provider, Airline and Engineering was clear and procedure manuals were ready.- Found the best match for the customers profile.- Implemented faster than expected, with succes and significant savings.
