I began working as a Barista in Costa in Cross Hands in 2017. During this time, I have gained invaluable experience in customer service, as well as having to adapt my way of working during the Covid Pandemic. Working as part of a team has given me the opportunity to develop my communication skills and consider other people’s needs to ensure the team meets.

I became an ambassador for the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol in 2020. My role required me to work as part of a team to raise awareness and interest in studying through the medium of welsh at university. The pandemic quickly changed working practices, and instead of visiting schools and colleges, I was required to work remotely to meet secondary school.
