Experienced L&D Manager with close to a decade in the recruitment industry.As a recruiter, I ran both perm and contract desks, including a dual desk, managed teams, started my own division and worked in a purely client facing role.I have carried this varied expertise through to my role in L&D, where I have focused on training consultants within tech, life sciences and construction & engineering, from first steps through to advanced BD and management.I have also had the opportunity to be part of the SLT in my past few roles, which has enabled me to have an impact on decision making across the wider business. This has not only allowed me to leverage my experience to affect areas outside of L&D but has also helped ensure that day to day decisions are made with individual and team development at their core.
