This detail was fundamental in identifying opportunities for a two-year restructuring program within the function and wider departments. To achieve this and make information readily available to both the program team and senior leaders, I designed and implemented a self-serving reporting suite utilising Power BI. Throughout the program I am also required to maintain strong relationships with Finance, HR and IT in order to ensure savings are accurately documented, we remain compliant throughout our restructuring, and we are at the forefront in regard to available technology.

Focus is on all aspects of population management, including but not limited to; attrition analysis, headcount movements both organic and inorganic, regional distribution and measures of performance for workforce development.

The key objective of this contract is to provide Technical support to both the Change Manager and Director of the department, in delivering dynamic and reusable reporting solutions for cost and performance based analysis.On a daily basis, I work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, in order to build reporting solutions that use a combination of SQL, VB, Excel and utilising MS Query, to create expert levels of analysis in automated formats. The role also requires me to use extensive knowledge of SharePoint in order to create public dashboards that give high level reporting analysis across multiple projects.

Main objective of the role is to support the Housing Policy and Projects Manager in delivering strategic priorities in respect of continuous improvement in performance, policy development and service delivery across the organization.The role heavily requires me to draw upon my keys stills of data extraction and analysis, utilizing expert knowledge of SQL reporting and Excel analysis with advanced formulas and Visual Basic. Key requirement of the contract was to make reporting and data more accessible to individuals in the organization, as the data is held in various applications and databases. The organization used SharePoint 2013 at a basic level, but I was able to use my technical knowledge to initiate new portal solutions in order to improve their current reporting ‘network’ and give leadership to senior stakeholders on further opportunities to explore. I was also able to automate monthly reports by combining Visual Basic and SQL in an Excel application, therefore replacing previously extensive processes with the push of a button.

The role required me to cover 3 specific areas; manage and guide the rate of automation within the UKGI Test community, management of the UK Test Tools to ensure the smooth delivery of project demands whilst continuing to improve the Tools and processes we have in place, and support the activities of the UK Test community through the administration of Purchase Orders for resource and also provide technical support and solutions to the UK Test community and 3rd party software vendors. Essential requirements; operate at advanced levels in SQL reporting, Excel analysis (using both extensive formulas and Visual Basic) with SharePoint integration for presenting dashboards for Release Wide Analysis. A fundamental part of my role is to develop and maintain the automated Daily Release Report Analysis for each UK release, this can include up to 30 individual projects, where we measure progress, blockages and high level Release Health.Automated reporting solution is achieved by my extensive technical knowledge of SharePoint 2010, SharePoint Designer, complimented by advanced VBA and SQL reporting skills. I further developed the solution to integrate with all UK release data; this gave enhanced coverage and analysis for Release Management and Release stakeholders.
