Rede invested in start up ideas leading to the development creation of Hiya. I then moved into working on Hiya full time. .

Concurrent with Rede Limited. The Ellipsis Tech Company Limited was set up to disrupt the Spanish legal debt collection industry via process automation and analytics. We built a platform with automated the work of a solicitor dealing with presentations to court and notifications received back again - improving efficiency by 5-10 times for different parts of the process. The project was wound up with the onset of COVID, impacting our cross boarder work.

I led the Group Investment Team for Hoist Finance working on the appraisal and valuation of principally Non-Performing Loan portfolios across all jurisdictions in which Hoist operates (UK, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Benelux and Greece) as well as new market opportunities. Principally unsecured consumer claims, but increasingly considering performing, secured and SME claims. Over the last four years I have been involved in the appraisal of upwards of 400 NPL transactions. The team was comprised of over 20 strong analyst and investment professionals based in UK, Germany, Poland and Italy, working on all investments made by Hoist Finance. This covers a range of unsecured and secured NPL portfolios, starting to develop in Performing books. I consolidated the Investment Function across Hoist into one common team and created the organisation to build a scalable team for the future growth of Hoist.

I worked within the Portfolio Team at Gresham Private. I was involved in the monitoring and reporting on a portion of the Gresham portfolio (Just Trays and Men’s Warehouse UK) as well as carrying out a range of value add projects across the portfolio including• Developing financial models and business planning. • Reviewing systems and processes.• Internal due diligence.• Exit readiness reviews. I was involved in the development and exit of Swift Technical Group Holdings Limited in October 2013 achieving a good return for Gresham. I was involved in cash and working capital management, restructuring, financial systems improvements, business planning and financial modelling. I spent 6 months seconded to assist the finance team with restructuring and refinancing including co-ordinating the due diligence process. I acted as an Investor Director of Just Trays Limited - the UK's leading manufacturer of shower trays www.just-trays.co.uk. I was part of the deal team backing the MBO of Investis in September 2012 (www.investis.co.uk).

I worked at Deloitte for 4 years joining as a Graduate. I completed my ACA. Transaction Services - ReadingAssistant Manager in the Reading Transaction Service Team, undertaking financial due diligence for a range of corporate and Private Equity Deals including the MBO of 7city Learning backed by Gresham and the MBO of Davies Loss Adjustors backed by LDC.Audit I was a member of the audit team for mid sized companies in a range of industries including the Aviation, Manufacturing, and Charity Sector.
