Coordinating the marketing for a busy and successful swimming pool construction, maintenance and renovation company. Responsible for web site traffic growth, web site maintenance and content curation. Managing advertising budgets.Primarily focussing on the digital aspect of the business as well as the growth of the post sale opportunities. Dealing with existing and new customers finding new products and bringing them to market. Duties also include site visits and demonstrations of products as well as creating and maintaining customer database records and new systems.

Starting the new business in 2013 with a new business partner, I built Bright Sparks Media on the strong foundation that my previous business had taught me. Bright Sparks Media is a business focussing on the development, promotion and maintenance of websites with digital marketing in mind. My primary role included co-ordinating development teams and project management, reporting to key stakeholders in the project. Once development had been completed, my role evolved into a content manager for the website we built. I would liaise with an our copywriting PPC and SEO teams and co-ordinate a content and optimisation schedule with a focus on SEO and user experience. We use tools such as Crazy Egg (click tracking software) Google Analytics, MOZ and SEM Rush (SEO Analysis and competitor research) to understand user habits and opportunities to further improve the website.

ARM Services was my leap into self employment which later evolved into Bright Sparks Media.

Viccari Wheele and is a Hove based web software and design company. I handled the company’s sales and marketing. This involves talking to potential clients, as well as dealing with existing bodyshops. I managed the company’s marketing. My marketing role was a mix of email marketing, PR release, magazine advertising and industry event attendance and networking. I monitored the company’s web analytics too and handled some of the company’s financial admin, chasing clients for payment, invoice admin and credits. I was also charged with the network administration of clients that was held with the company.
