The high that comes from fabricating and implementing a functional solution that is also elegant, can not truly be described.My personal pursuit of this feeling began in early childhood with Lego sets and aerospace model building. As I grew older, this feeling graduated to sending a challenging climbing route, finding an approach for a customer's unique project, fitting complex joinery in a piece of furniture, executing a winning strategy in a tabletop game and now, with engineering.The factors that unite all of these are the key to my successes, and what I intend to bring to every situation : passion, perseverance, patience, and play.Passion: Some of the most compelling successes come from the most invested and curious people. Perseverance: We learn more from a single loss than we do from ten victories, only if we choose to try again and adjust our approach accordingly. Patience: With ourselves and our teams, taking the time to understand every need in a project ensures that all perspectives are considered. Play: While approaching every problem with respect for the challenges it presents, a lightness of heart and a playful mindset encourages the openness to failure, growth and eventually success.I am currently bringing this joining of passion, perseverance, patience and play to software engineering. I enjoy building out dynamic applications with ReactJS. I am exploring what it means to truly make a system design scalable, bench marking and stress testing servers and different database options.
