Communication and teamwork were key in my success at All Occasions. Ensuring timely deliveries and set-up were the number one priority. Shop organization and management was also a part of my role, making sure that stock was properly stored and accounted for.

As a member of the Kinematics Team, I was tasked with general manufacturing and mechanical work, as well as a design project that included evaluating the performance characteristics of the roll stiffness distribution. A rear antiroll bar was designed, constructed, and tested on the car.

Ensuring quality of work was acceptable to ensure customer satisfaction. I led a team of detailers in a fast paced environment to ensure deadlines were met in a timely manner. I also worked directly with clients to address any of their concerns. While at dockside I also gained experience with applying protective paint to the bottom of both fibreglass and wooden sailboats.
