Managed the residential and commercial real estate mortgage backed securities transaction process for underwritten volume in excess of $100B by the bank's legacy broker-dealer (Countrywide Securities Corp). As primary liaison to all transaction parties was responsible for negotiating and coordinating transaction related documents and communicating deal structures to rating agencies and accredited investors. Managed key relationships with REITS, banks and mortgage issuers generating third-party underwriting and whole loan purchase business. Analytical duties included collateral attribute analysis and pooling, collateral and bond cash flow modeling and ad hoc analysis for bond offerings.

Performed financial structuring analysis and pre-bid assessment for financial buyers and corporate clients in the manufacturing, sports and healthcare industries.
