I work in the board game industry, managing all the steps that go into creating a game, from idea to finished product. My greatest joy is helping creative people become the best versions of themselves, on the way to making extraordinary things. I want badly not to waste my precious time on Earth, and for work, that means putting everything I have into helping my company do the best work it can. I pride myself in thinking deeply about the needs of the people I try to serve, whether they be customers, colleagues, friends and loved ones, or anyone else whom my actions affect. I also pride myself in thinking strategically about the business of game publishing, and I tend to have a disciplined, systems-based approach to most things I do. I have a PhD in Neurobiology, with technical experience in diverse scientific disciplines, including applied mathematics, neurobiology, and biochemistry. Neurobiology has proven handy in my quest to make the best games.
