At TC my job is to be the leader and coach of the software development department. There are 3 teams of very skilled software developers in this department, who develops embedded software and audio software for MAC and PC platforms.We did one of the first successful Agile in hardware implementations.

At Kamstrup, my primary goal has been reforming the system software group from an organisation with almost anarchistic processes and limited success, to be manned by high performance teams who deliver quality software on monthly basis.The company already had skilled software developers – and we managed to employ several others along the way, but their talents weren’t original used in the best possible way.By help from employees who happened to share my view on common sense in software development, we changed that to the best possible state. At Systematic my primary position has been project manager, but I have also been working as a System Engineer and Business Developer. I took an active part in the company’s effort in climbing the steps of the CMMi ladder by implementing and enhancing process improvement initiatives in the teams I was part of.In a 3 year period I had the pleasure to be a Working Director in the firm.

At Danvægt, I made a lot of effort in bringing the company into the object oriented world and changing to use real SQL databases in their solutions.I implemented and installed weighbridge systems for customers in the gravel pit and ferry service business.

My assignment at Gram Equipment was specifying control panels and developing PLC programs for packing solutions for the ice cream industry.One of my software professional goals here was to bring aspects of designing software before implementing it into practice of the group I was part of.

At Flex Products I was responsible for the system software in the central part of their solution for remote reading of electrical meters.In my years of employment, I moved the system from being implemented in standard C to take advantage of the features that C++ offered.I was also responsible for drifting and maintaining the computer network of the company.

In my post educational time at Engineering College of Aarhus, I was employed in the area of building up a process control laboratory. This included developing amplifiers for controlling DC motors and research in neural networks.

At Bang & Olufsen I took part in developing automatic test systems for the production of television sets. This included development of diverse electronically circuits for 19” rack systems and programming in Poly Pascal for the CP/M platform.
