At Zup, I significantly contributed to the development and enhancement of 𝗭𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬, an internal tool for career development and financial optimization. My role involved gathering requirements, developing features, and improving system performance, along with leading code reviews and team rituals.• Capacity: Developed the Capacity module in an internal people management tool, significantly reducing the time and effort required by the Capacity team. The solution was built in Kotlin within a modular monolith, utilizing services like SES and SNS.• Evolution of Zenity: Upgraded the legacy people module from Kotlin to a microservices architecture in TypeScript using AWS CDK, creating Lambda functions. This migration eliminated design flaws and architectural limitations, boosting productivity in developing new features.• Financial Processes: Refactored inefficient legacy jobs responsible for managing the allocation of over 3,000 employees. This rewrite led to a significant reduction in execution time, processing time, and accounting errors, improving overall system reliability and efficiency.

Modernized and evolved a legacy system for monitoring the health of electronic components, integrating with large refrigeration chambers. Upgraded the legacy Java system, created integrations with the refrigeration chambers, and enhanced fault tolerance. Implemented alert mechanisms to detect unusual behavior in the chambers, preventing potential losses in the millions.
