Amazon Local was a marketplace featuring thousands of businesses that promoted everything from daily deals to unique experiences, all to Amazon customers.I was a senior sales manager for Amazon Local’s national merchant business - typically Fortune 500 companies. I was accountable for all aspects of national merchant revenue including strategy development, operational planning, sales team management, merchant negotiation, legal development, reporting and communication to executive teams. My team achieved triple-digit YoY revenue growth in FY 2013.

Together Labs innovates technologies that empower people worldwide to connect, create and earn in virtual worldsI led IMVU’s in-world advertising business and delivered a 50% ad revenue increase within my first year, becoming the fastest-growing unit within the company. I managed the advertising sales and ad operations teams, key advertiser accounts, agencies, and was responsible for development of new advertising products. This included go-to-market planning and execution with the company’s product, engineering and finance teams. I gained deep exposure to online and in-world advertising and customer engagement.

I founded and built company to nationwide distribution within four years, and sold to online wine retailer, Wine.com, in 2005. I drove all areas of business including strategic planning, product development, marketing, sales, customer service, legal and finance.

I held P&L responsibility for company’s online B2B auctions unit, including planning, technology sourcing, hiring and management of 20 full-time employees, reporting and communication with executive team. I launched the business unit on time against a mission-critical deadline as a publicly-traded company. After the market crash of 2000, I was a key stakeholder in transitioning the organization and winding down operations.
