My experience has been in diverse areas, but mainly in treating people in their professional areas. I have been teacher, coach, I have worked with certification and training. My main role for the last 20 years has been to act as advisor, coach and project manager.My professional aim is to find the right direction, the right path and the right method. In project mgmt I strive to fulfill the conditions for project product success, not merely project success.
