CurrentIn 2008, I recognized an untapped opportunity in Jersey City's real estate market: the potential for strategic small to mid-scale development. As founding partner of BGT Enterprises, I focused on transforming non-conforming and underutilized properties into valuable community assets.Our vision has materialized into 35 multi-family and commercial developments, either completed or in final stages. Our flagship project, the transformation of the historic Holy Rosary School into the Brunswick Center (BrunswickCenter.com), stands as a testament to our commitment to community revitalization. This 50,000-square-foot wellness and education hub now houses 15 thriving local businesses, including Downtown Jersey City's largest preschool (TheBrunswickSchool.com).The Urban Land Institute recognized our innovative adaptive reuse of the Holy Rosary building with their prestigious award. Today, BGT Enterprises provides employment to over 200 individuals across our various ventures, contributing to Jersey City's economic growth and community development.
