As an Ambassador, I liaise and represent Tembusu College as the external arm to meet with visitors and distinguished guests to the College. This includes hosting delegates and VIPs for inaugural dinners and educational forums held in Tembusu College. In August 2014, I hosted the Deputy Head of Mission from the Embassy of Switzerland, Ms Emilija Georgieva during the Inaugural Dinner.Other roles of an Ambassador include organizing student outreach programmes, planning and conducting annual training for tour guides for Tembusu Open Day and garnering good publicity and awareness for the College through social media platforms like Instagram.Part of the Instagram team (social media) in 2014, which involved collaborating with other College communities to deliver curated content on the Instagram platform to over audiences of 400.Currently heading the Open Day team, which involves the planning and coordination of the outreach efforts of Tembusu College during NUS Open Day and the recruitment and training of tour guides for Tembusu College.
