I lead KPMG Australia's Tax and Legal division. We provide support across all areas of corporate tax and governance, individual tax, tax controversy and commercial law matters. With teams across Australia and our global network and relationships, we provide our clients with the deep expertise required to manage their businesses locally and globally. With a focus on technology and data led insights, our clients benefit from the latest ideas and solutions to ensure their business is meeting current and future demands. Prior to this role, I led KPMG’s People Services business and have more than 20 years experience advising on all areas of performance and reward (including total reward strategy, incentive design and employee engagement strategies), global mobility, social security and employment taxes. I have worked with a number of Australian and multinational companies on all areas of HR and Finance, providing a holistic approach to those issues impacting their people including talent, global mobility and leadership programs.I have worked with many of the leading technology, financial services, health, energy, property and consumer goods organisations and am a leader in the merger and acquisitions area. I am also a member of KPMG’s global tax and legal executive team which gives me an informed view on global trends.
