He most recently led the creation and start-up of the EY Global Cybersecurity Managed Services business from concept to the firm's highest growth managed services business, providing 24/7 Managed Services from a network of newly created global centers.As the founder and CEO of Alsbridge, he founded and scaled the leading 3rd Party consulting firm for SaaS, BPO, IT Outsourcing and Global Business Services, Ben grew the company from a start-up to an industry leader and sold his company to a Private Equity firm.As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of United Messaging, he led the business's sale to a strategic investor.Before this, Ben served as Managing Partner and cofounder for EY Global Operate Company (Technology & BPO Outsourcing), leading the team from zero to over 3,000 employees serving clients in Asia, North America, and Europe. Before EY, he served in various executive roles at Electronic Data Systems (now DXC), leading sales and marketing organizations in new business units.Before starting his civilian career, Ben served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer and as a Company Commander on four separate occasions, including one of the first Special Operations Capable Raid Companies. Ben was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and an Inc 500 CEO on multiple occasions. In addition, in 2019, he was named the Innovator of the Year by D CEO Magazine and to the Outsourcing leadership hall of fame in 2017.
