Before EY, he served in various executive roles at Electronic Data Systems (now DXC), leading sales and marketing organizations in new business units.Before starting his civilian career, Ben served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer and as a Company Commander on four separate occasions, including one of the first Special Operations Capable Raid Companies. Ben was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and an Inc 500 CEO on multiple occasions. In addition, in 2019, he was named the Innovator of the Year by D CEO Magazine and to the Outsourcing leadership hall of fame in 2017.
