As part of a business-oriented development program, I worked as a business analyst.The focus of the overall development initiatives was increased security (IAM) as well as enhanced customer service, which included a large amount of inter-agency management across the organization, from back office to customer communication.The work thus included requirements management and business modelling, conducted in close collaboration with project management, which also included participation at the steering group level.

Worked in presales and consulting regarding BPM implementation, both in Denmark as well as Great Britain. Part of my responsibility was also to handle customer relations functioning as trusted advisor.

Functioned as advisor for implementation and adoption of BPM in the Bankdata. Which included enablement of process thinking in relation to business and IT development, from process automation to strategic and architectural alignment.

As Quality and Incident Manager the assignment was to build and manage a small team with the responsibility of improving quality across IT operation and deliveries.The work included Identification of improvements through root cause analysis, from a focus on incidents in the daily IT-flow and -deliveries,and coordinating this across IT management and business stakeholders.

Associated with Department for Method and Quality in Danske Bank as process analyst in order to achieve a more agile and available development model. Primarily with regards to project- and portfolio management.

As process manager for the System Development Process, I had responsibility for implementation and embedding of Rational Unified Process (RUP) in the Nordic organization Codan / Trygg Hansa, with interface to 350 employees.With particular focus on projects and cross-organizational work under common title for IT development, operations and business.Worked during this as mentor and instructor for project managers and requirements analysts.

Responsible for the planning of projects and resources for IT development in Codan Insurance (approximately 80 employees). The work with the Resource Allocation Process supported the Prioritization Process for projects and other development interventions.

Served as team leader for 8 employees in Codan's IT development with responsibility for business applications on the decentralized platform.

Served as team leader for 7 employees in Codan's IT development with responsibility for platform and application integration on the Central platform.

Served as Project Manager at Codan IT, for projects with 6-10 participants. The project work was based on Codan's project model and the Rational Unified Process as development model.

Responsible for the development of own developed IT systems on the decentralized platform, which primarily involved the disciplines of requirements management, architecture and project management. This includes served simultaneously as the IT developer.The work was primarily related to sales and customer management, focusing on streamlining and automation of sales and marketing processes.
