    We've merged with State Bank of Cross Plains to become Lake Ridge Bank! I lead Consumer Banking. We're dedicated to helping our local communities and neighbors reach their financial goals. I'm privileged to have nine branches, consumer lending, and the investment team report to me. To help my team help our clients, I’m activity involved in the leadership of the team, management of our products and services, customer experience, and our retail marketing efforts.To help us grow, I spend a lot of time engaged with our marketing team.
