As Associate Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Anantara Vacation Club, I support business needs by implementing a detailed marketing and communications strategy for Anantara Vacation Club. This encompasses Corporate Marketing, Social Media, Web Development, PR, Owner Communications, and print collateral to ensure key stakeholders are communicated to consistently, regularly and effectively while maintaining corporate brand standard at all times.I am the direct manager of 8 employees spanning from graphic designers to a digital marketing manager and am personally responsible for each of them achieving their target KPIs. In addition, I am the key liaison with our Club Services team and oversee the production of each project requested on their end - including EDMs, print collateral, property branding materials and more.Under my leadership, the MarCom team has evolved to successfully implement digital marketing and social media initiatives to overhaul the brand and increase its awareness. I have helped improve the company's reputation in the Chinese market through the use of creative content, social listening tools and ORM management strategies. Since joining Anantara Vacation Club, our team has completely updated its integrated marketing and content strategies and has seen a significant growth in sales as a result.
