Ultimately responsible for the internships at start-ups, the consultancy projects and the projectteam of seven members at AFC.Per consultancy project, 1 multidisciplinary team consisting of 5 (master) students and 1 project leader is chosen. They get 10 weeks to formulate advice for the cooperating company. In this process, as manager you provide support in the form of workshops, project support partners and follow-up to keep everything on the right track. In addition, you are responsible for the communication, marketing campaign, further supervision and the development of a long-term strategic vision to keep these projects interesting for both students and companies.

As a Project Organiser, I led a team of 5 student consultants in solving real-life business cases for Cartamundi and Televic. I was responsible for setting up and managing project plans, maintaining contact with the client, and collaborating with a professional consultant to ensure the project stayed on schedule and was of high quality.
