My career has centered on building meaningful and long-lasting partnerships and relationships. I enjoy creating solutions that work for each client and ensuring they have a great experience working with my team. Meeting new folks, hearing their story, and adding value to their organizations keeps me energized and engaged. My life changed after my first experience abroad. Living in Cambodia made the world a little smaller, gave me lifelong friendships, and helped me become more humble, flexible, and thoughtful. I have lived in SE Asia for most of my adult life, in Cambodia and now in Singapore. My commitment is to be a human-centered team leader. I aspire to provide a listening ear, specific and tangible praise, and honest feedback when I see areas of growth. My team works collaboratively to support each other and hold one another accountable. My hobbies include riding road-inspired spin classes and paddling in the ocean. Sports give me a great sense of accomplishment and self-improvement, keeping life exciting. I always have a book or podcast on the train or bus.
