Organising and implementing stocktakes to make sure they are completed correctly and in a timely manner.Ensuring banking is completed correctly and on time each day and assign assistant manager banking duties on my days off.Create and maintain a roster at least 4 weeks in advance taking into account school holidays, staff availability and upcoming sales promotions and events. Responsible for hiring, training and mentoring new staff members whether casual, part time or full time. Coordinating sales promotions to ensure stock on hand was adequate to fulfill expected demand. Also to make sure that staffing levels were adequate to cope with the extra traffic expected in store.
