The OF in vendor company facilities connected directly to Microsoft own buildings by high-speed lease line. - Led a delivery team of 600 software engineers cross China (BJ, SH) to provide R&D services, application development and testing services to the global product teams of Microsoft- Initiated Microsoft Tier-2 city Outsourcing Strategy, and Built the first Tier-2 city Microsoft OF in Wuxi.

- Led test team to sim-ship IE 4.x and IE5.x with high quality and on time, supporting MS to beat the competitor Netscape. - Led test team to release Windows products like Windows 2000 SPx, Windows Me, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. - As PM, worked with MS marketing team to release Windows XP SP2 and SMS 2003 in China Market.- As Senior Manager of Windows Live China, led test teams to support the release of MSN products.- Active contributor to the development of China’s outsourcing industry, and led Microsoft’s first outsourcing team - China Test Initiative (CTI), and managed all the projects outsourced from Microsoft global offices to China; and initiated Microsoft Offsite Facility (OF) outsourcing model in China.
