Resulting in drastically reduced risk profile to the business and elimination of security based award fee penalties.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁• Brought in to salvage a business critical troubled project to relocate our headquarters campus to a new physical location. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Responsible for the ownership of the full portfolio of IT projects, overseeing, advising and managing the execution of projects throughout the IT organization.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:• Managed the technical integration program for Raytheon's acquisition of Applied Signal Technology. Effectively led a large, cross-functional and multi-disciplined team of 20+ individuals across diverse locations to integrate AST's technology and processes into Raytheon's global infrastructure.• Managed site expansion project involving real estate acquisition, planning of floor layout and internal construction, buildout of secondary data center, and contract and vendor management. Resulted in explosive employee growth adding over 100 employees to the site, bolstering engineering and development efforts.• Managed and provided oversight across a diverse range of complex projects, encompassing building divestments, campus relocations and expansions, data center moves, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise business applications (O365, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Artifactory) and technology solutions.• Standardized and improved project management processes, methodologies and practices.
