Director, Institutional Credit Management, Icg

Current

Mar 2022 - Present

Director, Client Lifecycle Management

London Area, United Kingdom

In this role I was held accountable for meeting the yearly regulatory deadlines as set out by the regulators at the same time showing Deutsche Bank can operate in a BAU environment and complete the periodic reviews on or before their Next Review Date. I have had to build strong relationships with AFC, Policy and Sales as this is integral to the success of this role given the very nature of a client exit and the high level of scrutiny placed on them. I ensure there is a strong control environment and significant focus is placed on areas such as Name List Screening, Quarantining, SLE's and Event Driven Reviews in order to satisfy the demands of both external and internal audit. Leveraging all my experience in Investment Banking Operations allows for me to identify trades and Businesses that could exit early and therefore reduce both the Capital and Risk exposures Deutsche Bank has to it's clients which is critical for the future success of the firm. Driving change through searching for opportunities to automate and eliminate all aspects of the role is key and working in conjunction with technology on areas such as perpetual KYC is very much the future for this role.

I had to build knowledge and relationships with AFC, Legal and Credit which has become invaluable to me.

Vp, Relationship Management

London, England, United Kingdom
