Responsible for the creation, execution, and management of all financing activities of the firm as well as the design and implementation of the company’s capitalization strategy. Build and manage the company’s investor and lender base and oversee all project-level debt and equity transactions.

Manage lender relationships and construction financing activities for The Hanover Company’s ground-up, Class-A multifamily national development pipeline. Assist in sourcing third-party LP equity and oversight of Capital Markets underwriting and due diligence team. Hanover is one of the most active private real estate companies in the United States, specializing in the development of high quality multi-family residential properties nationwide.

Implemented asset and portfolio strategies (refinancing, dispositions, and lender/equity relationships), oversaw property operations and budgeting (revenue, expense, and staffing management), and performed valuations for Hanover-developed projects in 9 metro markets totaling 4,650 units and over $1.4B in project capitalization.
