As an analyst and programmer, I work on all of the documenting and organization of custom Cerner CCL code that the company produces for it's clients. I work with clients across the country to implement our software, troubleshoot issues, and maintain relationships. I work directly with the company owner to plan and execute company goals. We specialize in Cerner data extracts and have been working with Change Healthcare's Performance Management product with our customers as well as extracting data for other outbound interfaces

As a member of the System and Network Operations team, I oversaw the day to day function of all server systems and work to develop new methods for our team to accomplish their tasks. I also kept the systems up to date and address security vulnerabilities. I built and maintained backup exec systems to backup all important data. I also built and maintain several full Citrix environments that support over 100 call center staff globally. Our environment is currently 60% linux/ 40% Windows and we run applications on JBOSS, Tomcat, .NET, and much more, all of which require me to have an in depth understanding of all of the working parts for maintenance and PCI security clearance.
