Benjamin leads So.G People Solutions, a human resources consulting firm that helps clients across Asia Pacific find, develop, and retain talent. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Australia, a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and a fellow member and co-chair of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). He is also a Co-Founder of Sport-A-tous, an e-platform to help build a Sport-for-all community in Hong Kong.With a background in information management and accounting, Benjamin has over 20 years of HR leadership experience in various sectors, such as industrial, automotive, engineering, and real estate. He has delivered strategic and hands-on solutions to complex HR challenges, such as job leveling, academy setup, shared service center, talent succession planning, assessment center, and OD/HRIS projects. He has also gained extensive exposure to senior executive appointment. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. He is passionate about providing executive search, talent development, outsourcing, and coaching services to his clients.
