Benjamin leads So.G People Solutions, a human resources consulting firm that helps clients across Asia Pacific find, develop, and retain talent. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Australia, a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and a fellow member and co-chair of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM).
