Created rip-outs and tag-outs to isolate systems to allow work to be done safely. Logged defects in SAP and pursued them through to rectification. Designed a safer system for creating emergent test documentation. Took part in Plan Of The Day meetings to deconflict testing activities.

Performed installation checks and commissioning activities on a brand range of system during nuclear submarine long overhaul periods, hazards include working on a ‘live’ boat with significant levels of radiation.
