An agile and outcome focused leader with over 20 years’ experience and a proven track record of driving results, innovation and improvements across Sales, Process, Leadership, Operations, Service Delivery, Technology, Supply Chain. I advised and project managed several capability development consulting initiatives that included both behavioural and technical development. Projects varied in size and scope from team and organisation wide both nationally and internationally. My consulting consisted of walking clients through a journey of understanding the apparent and hidden challenges within their business, understanding the business outcomes they wanted to achieve and then mapping a pathway of what capability needed to be developed in their staff, systems and processes. Both as a consultant and as a leader I forged stakeholder relationships that in many cases have remained strong for over a decade, even as decision makers have moved from company to company as well as in seniority.
