Guided by a philosophy that blends keen business insights with a commitment to societal, and environmental improvement, I am driven by the challenge of fostering an environment where creativity, technology, and strategic business solutions meet to solve real-world needs.Starting out in the world of insurance, then moving into professional education I found myself drawn to problems that could be solved with the tools around me, a bit of self-teaching, and a bunch of creativity. At Deloitte, I spent over a decade building trusted relationships and assembling kick-ass teams with the belief and the specialist skills to deliver experimental products and experiences across sectors. I embraced the challenge of integrating cutting-edge technologies—such as recommendation engines and IoT—to directly enhance user interactions and audience engagement. These experiences taught me to recognise the opportunity in uncertainty, and embrace it as a superpower through quick, iterative feedback to shape outcomes that truly meet user needs.Founding and leading Deloitte Digital’s X Lab (a tech innovation skunkworks) proved the value of multidisciplinary collaboration, leading diverse teams to explore and deploy emerging technologies in meaningful ways. From 'increasing smiles' in a high street bank branch, to 360' live streaming women's cycle racing in the Scottish countryside, our work not only expanded audience engagement but also reinforced my belief in the potential of technology to connect and inspire.Now, at BEEK, I apply everything I've learned about innovation, team dynamics, and client collaboration. I lead our efforts to forge paths not just in technology, but in how we think about technology’s role in society. My focus is on developing solutions that are not only innovative but also ethically responsible and deeply integrated into the fabric of everyday life. Supporting humanity, not replacing it.
