The company is highly competitive in the field of providing good customer service and technical support varying from Website development, Emails and Exchange, Logos and Virtual Servers.My role in this company is Tier2 System Administrator, Mainly focusing on Monitoring Servers, but also I have my local task internally in the company from handling hardware and software inventories, server management, monitoring bandwidth connection and network security.Daily Task: Provide technical assistance to 1st level (About Webhosting) Used Cpanel,WHM, Putty, VSphere, filezilla as our tool Troubleshot website, cpanel emails, and exchange email issues. Answer escalation tickets created by 1st level. Analyze all system logs and identify potential issues to the server Secure all servers from Spams, DDos and other harmful activities that will damage the servers Check servers and its services through online monitoring Ensure all connected workstation up and running and fix issue if there are some problems. Scan clients account for Hosting Violation, via terminal. Processing Advance Support( Malware cleaning for website, files restoration, database restoration). Processing Hosting Violation task from 3rd level. Restoring backups of website, emails, database using terminal. Migrating Emails from one server to other using rsync commands. Migrating cpanel emails to Exchange email using IMAP sync. Managing clients VPS using VSphere. Migrating Exchange emails from 2013 to 2016 using RDP (powershell) Directly communicate to our 3rd level if there are server wide issues Restart services on the server through Terminal. Send reports to Management for all server issues Send reports to first level for any server issues for them to be updated PC Structuring PC Naming and tagging Install software and updates to all PCs Show less
