Responsible for Chip Design, Cad and Layout groups. In charge of all chip design steps from definition all the way to tape out of all DSPG devices. More than 30 people reported to me and I was in charge of all budgetary, technical and personal issues. Run more than 80 tapeouts during that period.Responsible for advance design and layout methodology to improve the design and backend flow.Responsible for all EDA tools of DSPG worldwide including business discussions and closure, contracts review, and financial agreements for tools and IP’s with the vendors.

Established new office in Israel. Single technical person for a year and a half in the office. Care for all customers’ needs in Israel, technical support, training, benchmarks, seminars arrangements, pre and post-sale support.Prior to establishing the office there were 2 customers in Israel. After the first year there were 5 customers and after 3 years more than 20 customers.
