About Ben Young

I have spent the last decade delivering projects that involve people as creator participants in the built environment by appealing to their individual creativity. My work in this area has been wide ranging and varied. I have imagined and built playgrounds with school age children and led Man Met 3D design students through co-design projects. I’ve established new civic spaces across the north west and built a community pub with 600 participants. I sometimes work with art organisations and often work within the built environment world, but I always work with a wide range of publics and communities first and foremost.
