• Coordinated activities relating to OUP’s print and online lexical reference material for the American market. Worked closely with staff in editorial, design, marketing, sales, and publicity to manage the publishing process.• Edited dictionaries and thesauruses for print and online use. Titles worked on: Oxford College Dictionary, Pocket Oxford American Dictionary, Pocket Oxford American Thesaurus, Oxford American Writer’s Thesaurus.• Worked on the development and implementation of two-billion-word Oxford English Corpus, for use in improving dictionaries and thesauruses.• Conducted publicity relating to the American lexical reference program, including annual selection of Word of the Year. • Wrote marketing and publicity materials, including column for OUPblog and “Zimmer’s Words of the Week.”
