Technical lead for the Integrations team. Responsible for maintaining and improving Binti's public facing RESTful API and internal bulk import tools. Worked closely with agencies building integrations to answer implementation questions, provide documentation and example code, and collect feedback for further API improvement.

Principal Crafter, Pod Services. The Pod Services Team is a long-running team of developers and designers that collectively manage a group of client projects. As a principal crafter assigned to the team, I served both as a team lead for projects as well as a mentor and floating collaborator to assist all teams with issues. As team lead I was responsible for guiding day to day development, running backlog grooming and iteration planning meetings, and being the first point of contact for client product owners. I helped define the technical requirements and roadmap for the projects and conduct code review for the team's work.

Lead Engineer, product platform. The product platform project is responsible for managing the products Wirecutter's editorial staff recommends as well as affiliatizing outbound product links to vendor sites when readers decide to make purchases. In the absence of an engineering manager for our team, I worked with the Director of Engineering to define product improvements and direction.During my tenure we rebuilt the web management interface, overhauled how we handle on-sale products, increased our ability to attribute revenue and migrated to a new hosting platform for improved reliability. I was also responsible for leading the development team, reviewing code to ensure high quality and working directly with our production staff to identify and make quality of life improvements to the product.

Project Manager and Web Developer. I led a small team of developers on from-scratch client projects as well as ongoing maintenance for established apps. I was responsible for working with clients directly to determine requirements and how to meet them, as well as working with my team to architect and implement the code necessary to accomplish those goals.After being hired, I helped establish testing, automation and documentation processes to bolster the quality of work delivered across the company and reduce regression rates. I contributed to open source projects, such as the CakePHP core. I presented a talk at CakeFest 2015 in New York.

Managed day to day operations of the business. Scheduled all technician visits to clients. Oversaw all technical staff and their work. Directed and contributed to development of custom small business applications.
