As a software engineer I have witnessed the threat of a distorted relationship with technology, time and social interactions. Today I help organizations reengineer themselves around human beings and their communities. My professional journey started in software development and business process reengineering but I pretty soon moved towards business management and human resources recruiting and development, reaching c-level positions in the touristic sector. In the early stages of my career I created a coworking space in Palermo (Sicily) and this gave me the chance to boost my abilities in community management, training and small business development. I don't consider myself a specialist in anything, I'm not a nerd nor a psychologist, but an hybrid professional devoted to complexity management and sustainable development.
