I have been employed at Walmart since June 2021, and worked as a stocking associate for over 1 year. In my first 6 months, I received a customer service award from my department coach for my work. During high school, I passed 2 marketing classes, including advanced marketing. I studied several different marketing strategies, and how to market online with social media, product marketing, as well as email-marketing. Marketing has also taught me how to effectively use excel to track performance analytics and other metrics. In August 2022, I became a front end associate at Walmart and have been in the service industry until present. This experience has improved my skills on customer care, as well as problem solving to determine a best possible outcome in diverse situations.
