Led the annual purchasing plan preparation maximizing local share while providing supply security and optimal volume allocation in terms of quality, service, costs, logistics conditions and innovation. Organized market monitoring and research for best potential suppliers (packaging and raw chemicals); Led negotiations, selection and qualifications; introduced 2 reliable local suppliers into global and regional categories. Conducted regular supply base sustainability reviews; defined contingency plans. Developed and guided the implementation of cross-functional productivity improvement initiatives ($0.5-1.0 mio. each year) based on the rationalization of suppliers and materials that meet PM business requirements. Supervised the project of transactional activities consolidation for Procurement resulting in new process flows establishment for contracts and master data management, transactional activities reallocation and optimization, which allowed to release 2 headcounts for SRM activities.
