Reporting directly to the EMEA Finance Director and as matrix to the Business Leader of the Company, coordinating one person in Italy and one in Germany, I’m in charge:- to support the Business Leader to manage the company policies and setting the commitments;to report to EMEA VP Business Leader Sales, Gross Profit, Operating Profit and Trade Working Capital key performance indictors;- of Budgets, forecasts and long range plans;of monthly reconciliation of major balance sheet item and quarterly business review of P&L and balance sheet;- of the Statutory Financial Statements preparation of stand alone company and consolidated (5 subsidiaries);- of tracking and reduction of fixed overheads and Operating expenses;- of corporate procedures implementation;- of Capital Expenditure Authorization requests to the corporate.- to ensure legal, tax & statutory regulatory compliance.- to ensure insurance coverage with group insurance broker coordination; - of liaison with external auditors and advisors;- to coordinate the admin department with other departments liaison.
