• Take active ownership of operational support for clients, including ballot and vote management, account maintenance, and vote report production• Follow-up on the successful vote execution with clients• Manage regular direct contact (email and phone) with issuing companies, agent banks and clients• Deal with routine tasks, such as creating/inactivating accounts and users on the voting platform, ensuring the sub-custodian mapping is up to date• Creating/inactivating users to grant/revoke clients an access to the voting platform, support clients with basic queries, and investigate issues with internal teams to provide appropriate and tailored solutions to clients• Support the team in maintaining up-to-date procedures, databases, and client profiles regularly• Provide feedback on business process flows• Monitor and ensure high client satisfaction is maintained at all times, building strong professional relationships• Monitor KPIs• Participate in special projects and initiatives for the business
