I enjoy crafting great customer experiences, be it for products or services, however wonderful the product or service on offer, a great customer experience elevates brand perception, repeat business & many other great benefits. After all businesses without customers will have no reason to exist. I enjoy multidisciplinary roles that allow me to collaborate with different stakeholders to help shape customer requirements. A few highlights of my journey so far:★ BANKING• In 2008, I was an integral part of the customer services team responsible for managing our company's first third party client account.• In 2009, I was selected for onsite training in Kent, UK, and migrated a newly developed online banking system.• 2011, post onsite training in Kent, UK we migrated a new Channel Islands workflow. I was responsible for the transfer of knowledge to our teams in Bangalore and Pune.• 2012, set up the company's first Quality Assurance team for Customer Services.★ GENETIC DIAGNOSTICS• In 2014, after completing Masters in Genetics, I was the first Project Coordinator of a Genetics Diagnostic company responsible for project handling and delivery timelines, management of internal & external stakeholders.• In 2015, I completed IA & QMS (ISO 15189-2012) certification and achieved various regulatory milestones (KPME registration, Waste management, PCPNDT) required in obtaining a NABL certification for our company.★ SOFTWARE PRODUCT • In 2017, I developed & marketed a desktop software application for life science students using Java.• In 2019, based on user feedback, 2nd version of the application was developed and released in Python including more advanced features. • With a ZERO marketing budget, I improvised and marketed the product to around 300 colleges across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in India & engaged more than 5000 students through various online initiatives.• As a solopreneur was responsible for product development, marketing, product purchase, installation and customer service.★ HEALTH & WELLNESS• In 2018, created and maintained an in-depth competitor analysis database that helped our product and marketing teams to understand competitor moves & design optimal strategies.• In 2020, during the COVID crisis helped reduce cancellation of treatments due to travel restrictions & retained customers by rescheduling to future dates .
