As the lead of the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce project under the LIWAY program, I played a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of over 40 enterprises across various sectors. I strategically managed relationships with key market players, including leading private sector companies, E-commerce service providers, government agencies, and development organizations, ensuring a collaborative and impactful approach. Partnering with prominent ecommerce platforms and digital service providers, I guided these enterprises in adopting modern digital tools, integrating ecommerce solutions, and enhancing their online presence to stay competitive in the digital marketplace. To tackle some challenges, I implemented strategic solutions that addressed awareness, literacy, and the skills gap by developing targeted incentives and delivering continuous, high-impact training programs. Through strong partnerships with implementing partners, I ensured consistent follow-up, creating sustainable capacity-building initiatives that bridged knowledge gaps and empowered stakeholders for long-term success. Additionally, I lead initiatives, and I actively engaged in policy advocacy, working with government stakeholders to foster a conducive environment for digital commerce growth. Continuous market and ecosystem research, conducted in partnership with government bodies, helped us stay ahead of trends, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring that our interventions were both sustainable and scalable. Through these efforts, we empowered businesses to not only adapt but thrive in an increasingly digital economy.I also support and am actively engaged in circular economy projects like waste recycling and compost in day-to-day operations and facilitate market activities to create more jobs and youths in Addis Ababa. My roles are not limited to the above, I also support the project in communication activities by designing graphics, curate communication materials

Responsibilities include co-creating work plans, monitoring youth programming, and incorporating best practices. I conduct surveys, recommend improvements, and facilitate consultations. Additionally, I support activity development, financing access, and progress monitoring, ensuring effective reporting. Overall, I aim to enhance MS4G's impact on youth and women's advancement and economic participation.

At Baacumen, our mission is to democratize education, making high-quality learning accessible to everyone, everywhere.As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I am responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. Furthermore, I manage the social media accounts of Baacumen, create and optimizing content for SEO, analyze data to inform marketing strategies with the collaboration of marketing team.

UNDP - Technical Assistance Facility Project ( TAF)I successfully established strong relationships with key individuals and organizations to foster collaboration and partnerships. I actively engaged in digital marketing and marketing activities, including curating and creating engaging content for social media groups to promote brand awareness. I also managed communities and built a strong brand reputation for the company on digital platforms, particularly on Telegram. I co-facilitated 30-40 training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in marketing, human resources, and operations. Furthermore, I achieved success in recruiting and onboarding 23 SMEs for the TAF project.

I conducted primary and desk research to gather relevant information. I also played a key role in writing and assisting in the development of detailed reports and presentations. I provided administration and management support to ensure smooth project operations. I proactively contacted government offices and stakeholders to establish relationships with the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) for the successful implementation of the project.
