I do this through deliberate encounters and coaching journeys. I am your trail guide on a jungle trek, a midwife during the birthing of a new being, a gardener nurturing the soil for seedlings to flourish. I’ve worked with hundreds of awe inspiring leaders. Something was holding them back, something felt stuck, as they went seeking for the transition.
