Based at the Technocité training center in Mons, I lead innovative activities, focusing on collaboration and strategic partnerships to stay at the forefront of technological advancements in the ICT and Creative Industries.In 2024 I raised €1.7 million and initiated innovative projects. I am currently managing two European projects (€1M), CrossTechXperience and Open Badges for IT, aimed at enhancing education, research, and entrepreneurship to stimulate innovation.I motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious goals using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I manage the necessary human, material, and financial resources for program implementation and establish rigorous administrative and financial controls.I contribute to the wake! ecosystem, an initiative of Digital Wallonia led by KIKK, aimed at promoting and supporting digital creativity in Wallonia. This platform focuses on mapping, animating, and federating the digital Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector in Wallonia, while facilitating skill development for ecosystem actors through awareness-raising activities, networking opportunities, and the enhancement of training offerings.I also promote the inclusion of women in technology sectors through innovative training programs such as #GirlsConnect, part of the Women in Creative Tech initiative.On a daily basis, I actively contribute to the development of activities that span Gaming, eXtended Reality (Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality), Visual Effects, Animation, and other cutting-edge ICT fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain. These initiatives are strategically crafted in partnership with key organizations locally and internationally, aligning with the overarching goal of bridging digital skills gaps.For this, I organize events, animate communities, manage social media communication, and contribute to and speak at conferences of local and international scope to represent the company.

When carrying out this 6-month mission as Project Manager at Webstanz, I coordinated websites development (technical, financial, design...) with a team of web developers, to meet the clients' needs as well as the experience of their own customers. My main clients were Tartes Françoise, Carmeuse, SeptMille, Fondation Roi Baudouin... (€25K/month). From conception to launch, websites were made with the Drupal open source CMS.

As Research Collaborator I was part of the Information and Communication Technologies Department at the UMONS' Warocqué School of Business and Economics. I managed the contribution of UMONS as a partner of the FabricAr3v INTERREG project (France-Wallonia-Vlaanderen). This project aimed at 3D print any metal structure at low cost.Part of my work covered in-depth knowledge of the modalities of co-creation and open source practices in order to improve, disseminate and promote the new 3D printing technique.I also worked on this project's dissemination, budgets (€1.3M) and partnerships.

As MuseumLab Project Manager I coordinated a €1.2M European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) project. I developed a living lab type of activities to open cultural spaces for companies/artists/startups/... to test technological innovations. The objective was to use the museum space for the visitors to test new trends in cultural and digital mediation, with a focus on enhancing user experiences. This helped innovative businesses to develop, enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing, as well as inspire the field of exhibitions, and foreshadow the museographic spaces of tomorrow. I also collaborated on the development of GameMax, a consortium dedicated to the Gaming sector with the objective of exploiting this sector's deployment opportunities for Culture, Tourism, Education, Entertainmement...

As Project Manager for Creative Valley, I coordinated field actions and disseminated co-creative methodologies to innovate by disrupting the economy and the society. I had a budget (€500K) to work on startup accelerators; creative workshops; projects for local businesses; collaborative training sessions for the public sector, etc.

I ran the organisation of events, providing support with ICT-related content. I contributed to CETIC communication-related activities.Between January 2012 and December 2014, as Project Manager, I managed local ICT projects for Wallonia's economical growth (collaborating with Creative Wallonia, AWEX, SPW, ACCORD-Wallonie, UWE, intermunicipal entities...). I managed European projects'​ dissemination, exploitation and training activities. I ran the organisation of events, providing support with ICT-related content. I contributed to CETIC communication-related activities.Between March 2006 and December 2011, as Scientific Communication Manager, I planned and ran communication activities.
