Leading a team of 8 to 10 consultants to support over a hundred companies spanning various sectors and sizes in their strategic, growth, and R&D&I initiatives.- Definition and implementation of innovation models based on UNE166002 and 56002 standards among others.- Designing and testing of methodologies for innovation diagnosis.- Definition and implementation of open innovation strategies for both big corporations and SMEs.- Designing models for collaboration between corporations and startups. - Working with companies in transformational plans based on methodologies and tools such as ExO, business model & value proposition canvas. - Helping companies access public funding for their R&D&I projects - Identifying companies needs in terms of innovation and technology to define both individual and in consortium R&D&I projects- Companies assessment in their R&D and Innovation projects.

- Administration and development of new CRM and ERP modules within the SalesForce platform.- Develop, colaborating with the respective deparments, the comercial, marketing and action plans for 2015.- Supervise all marketing actions and campaigns both on periodicity and quality.- Increase leads quantity and quality.- Support the comercial department.- Carry out the internal audits to mantain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates.

- Create a project and sales database.- Support the quality department with control tasks on our overseas facilities.

- Carry out quality controls for rockwool, PIR and PUR products.- Mantaining up to date all documentation and data required in audits.
